Parkside Board of Directors is currently working hard to address the stone issues that have fallen at the front entrance. We are working diligently to ensure we get wall repaired correctly and within budget.
On-Site Property Manager - Ms. Gabrielle Godfrey
Welcome Ms. Gabrielle Godfrey as the Parkside On-Site Manager. The Property Manager will be on-site Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. The manager will be on-site to perform all contractual duties for Parkside, Highland Green and Balmoral. Homeowners may come to Parkside Clubhouse during the timeframe stated to speak with the Property Manager if you are having issues with your HOA dues, to report an issue concerning the common areas, obtain access to the Fitness Center and view the clubhouse. NO monetary transactions will be accepted at the clubhouse. All payments for dues and clubhouse reservations must be made at the UPA Harbour View office.
