You might call our clubhouse the ‘creme de la creme’ of the neighborhood. Our builder invested over 1 million dollars into this stunning venue to be the icing on the cake of our community. It is available for event rentals, and many of our HOA events happen here.

New Clubhouse Reservation Procedure - Parkside at Bennetts Creek
As of January 1, 2026, all Clubhouse Reservations must be made via the UPA CINC website: https://upa.cincwebaxis.com/

UPA will no longer accept checks and reservations in the office.
You must be a Parkside, Highland Green, or Balmoral homeowner to reserve the clubhouse. Your HOA dues account must be in good standing to reserve the clubhouse.
Rental Cost: $300.00 Deposit: $50.00
1) Click on the “Reservations Calendar”. The calendar will show all dates and events in real-time.
2) In the upper right-hand corner, click on “Make Reservations”.
3) Please carefully review the Clubhouse Reservation Application. You must read and sign the Clubhouse Reservation application online. The application will be linked “Additional Clubhouse reservation.pdf”.
4) All payments will be made online via CINC in electronic form. There will be a fee of $1.95 assessed to process payment. The rental fee will be withdrawn from your card immediately. The deposit payment will be withdrawn from your entered payment 7 days prior to your reservation date.
5) Must reserve the clubhouse 14 days in advance of your selected date on the Reservation Calendar.
6) You must click on the box to acknowledge disclaimer to submit payment.
7) Once payment has been accepted, your reservation will be reviewed for approval by the Property Manager.
8) Once approved, you will get confirmation via email and via your profile on CINC. You can also click on “My Reservations” to view.
9) You may cancel your reservation via CINC no later than 7 days prior to your reservation. If less than 7 days, you must contact the HOA Board for approval to cancel your reservation.
10) If no damage documented, you will receive your deposit refund within 3-5 days to your submitted form of payment. Any damages assessed will be withdrawn from your deposit. If more damage assessed is more than your deposit, you will receive a bill. If not paid, you will not be allowed to rent the clubhouse until resolved.
11) Clubhouse keys will be given to the homeowner at the time of check-in at the clubhouse with a Clubhouse Committee Representative. Keys will be collected at the end of your event.
12) If you are having any alcoholic beverages at your event, please provide a copy of your approved Virginia ABC license. If you do not provide, you cannot have any alcoholic beverages at your event.
The earliest set-up entry on the day of your rental is 9:00 am. The latest check-out time is 9:45 pm. This is to ensure that the clubhouse is secured by 10:00 pm. No prior day set-up or drop off.
